CALADINE, EASTBOURNE, EAST SUSSEX

We were established in 1990 with just John Caladine, a secretary and a part-time accounts trainee. In those early days we were based at 10 Station Parade, Eastbourne before moving to 1 The Avenue, Eastbourne, where we rented just one floor but over the last 20 years have expanded both upwards and downwards thus creating offices on three floors. However, in early 2012, we moved to more modern, open-plan offices in Chantry House, 22 Upperton Road, Eastbourne, where we are now based, which has easy access from the main road, with a large car park at the back.

We serve both small and medium organisations in the areas of accountancy and tax with a specialised private client tax department and a Charities and Churches Team.

Our team of qualified and experienced staff bring a friendly and personal service backed by our Christian ethos and Awareness of being proactive to our clients.

John has guided me over many years from the heady and carefree days of being a Sole Trader, through the pitfalls of Partnerships to the rather more serious and grown up world of Limited Companies. To say that accounting can be fun is perhaps going a bit too far, but he and Caladine have made the accounting and taxing process easy to understand, and exceptionally painless. Honesty and Confidentiality are two of the many qualities I have experienced with them over the last 15 years. And if you get him in a good mood, he’ll even buy you lunch. What more could you ask from an accountant?
