Vanessa is the Practice Manager as well as being a Shareholder of the firm. Vanessa takes responsibility for Practice Management with oversight of all Secretarial and Administration functions of the firm and ensures the smooth running of the office.

Vanessa also oversees the firm’s Human Resources Department, employment law and health and safety matters and is always pleased to advise clients in these areas.
