Following the announcement by the Prime Minister introducing tougher restrictions on movement,
for the safety of our staff and clients we will be working from home until the situation changes.
Each staff member is able to work remotely but as you will appreciate it may impact on response times to enquiries.
We will be working hard to serve you as best we can during the crisis and hope to be able to retain as normal a service as possible.
We will be visiting the office to collect post and will deal with this as normal.
If you need to drop or send records to us, please contact Vanessa (email@example.com) and make necessary arrangements.
There will be a limited presence in the office and so a mutually convenient time needs to be arranged.
If posting records, it may be best to send these to an alternate address and this can be arranged by Vanessa.
If you're able to send items by email or using our client portal this would be best.
If you do not already use the client portal for sending electronic documents, contact Colin (firstname.lastname@example.org) who can arrange this for you.
We send you our best wishes at this difficult time and will work hard to support you through the challenges that lay ahead.
John, Vanessa, Colin and the Team
