At Caladine, we are proud to have a multi-skilled team and we enjoy very low staff turnover. Most team members have been with us for many years and enjoy a great team atmosphere.


We're always looking to improve our services to customers and we do this partly by encouraging our staff to continue with their personal career development.


Client Payments


We now have various ways clients can make payments.

We can set up automated monthly payments from your credit card, should you so wish.

We Accept payment in GBP via UTP (Unfortunately we do not accept American Express).


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Recurring payments are set up for either monthly or quarterly, length of payment terms are open ended and cease when client finishes with our service. To cancel these payments please contact vanessa@caladine.co.uk or call the office on 01323 644579.


REFUND POLICY


If money is taken and the service was not used then a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
